Yes. We file the NOC paperwork for Emaar, Damac, Nakheel and the major masterplan communities — usually 2–5 working days lead time.
Routinely. Most of our retrofit work is done in lived-in homes — we zone the site, dust-shield the rest of the property and stage the works room by room.
Sample tiles posted within 3 working days. Site survey within a week. Most Dubai installs begin within 2–3 weeks of sign-off.
