Why people choose it

What makes it stand apart.

  • 01

    Hand-laid, on site

Every surface is applied by trowel or brush by our own crew — no franchised applicators, no sub-sub-contractors.

  • 02

    Mineral, not paint

Our finishes bond by mineral reaction or polymer cure — they don't peel, fade or flake the way ordinary paint can.

  • 03

    Five-year warranty

Written guarantee against bonding failure, visible cracking unrelated to substrate movement, and accelerated wear.

  • Want two finishes blended? Describe the combination and we'll advise.

Process

How we install venetian plaster.

A controlled, on-site sequence — each stage signed off before the next begins.

  1. 01

    Substrate priming

Walls are primed with a mineral primer so the Venetian plaster keys cleanly; old paint, patches and cracks are resolved first.

  2. 02

    Base coats

Two thin coats of lime-and-marble Venetian plaster are laid by trowel to build the body of the finish.

  3. 03

    Build & compress

Further tight passes build depth, the steel trowel compressing each layer to start the polished Venetian plaster sheen.

  4. 04

    Burnish

The final coat is burnished under raking light — the high-gloss Venetian look comes from compression, not varnish.

  5. 05

    Seal & protect

A breathable wax or sealer is applied where the Venetian plaster meets splash or high-touch zones.

From the work

What our clients say.

Three notes stay in view at once: the lead story, the neighbouring context, and the next surface waiting in the queue.

01

"We had three other contractors quote our penthouse refit. DecoPaint were the only ones who turned up with sample tiles before we'd even signed. The microcement bathrooms came out exactly as we'd hoped."

Mariam K.

Homeowner · Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

Microcement · 110 m²

02

"Our restaurant interiors needed a concrete-texture finish that could handle daily kitchen heat and steam. Three years in, the walls look better than they did on day one. Quiet, professional crew."

Hisham R.

Restaurant owner · DIFC, Dubai

Concrete texture · 240 m²

03

"We brief contractors a lot in our practice. DecoPaint is one of the few we've kept on our preferred list. Tight communication, honest about timeline, and the marmorino finish on our last villa was textbook."

Priya S.

Senior interior designer · Studio in Al Wasl

Marmorino · 8 rooms

04

"Took the day off to be on site, didn't need to. They sent photos every morning, asked the right questions, finished early. The terrazzo lobby is genuinely the best surface in the building."

Omar A.

Building owner · Abu Dhabi

Terrazzo · 380 m²

05

"The pearl finish in our master suite is exactly what I'd been trying to describe to other contractors for two years. They got it the first time."

Lina F.

Homeowner · Arabian Ranches, Dubai

Pearl finish · 4 rooms
