Process
How we install clay based plaster.
A controlled, on-site sequence — each stage signed off before the next begins.
- 01
Substrate prep
The wall is primed with a clay-compatible primer; gypsum and plasterboard are sealed so the clay plaster bonds evenly.
- 02
Base coat
A first clay plaster coat is trowelled on to even out the substrate and set the ground colour.
- 03
Finish coat
The pigmented clay plaster is laid and worked by trowel to your chosen texture — matte, mineral and low-VOC.
- 04
Compress & cure
The surface is compressed and left to cure; clay plaster stays breathable and naturally helps regulate room humidity.
